Job Description:
Qualification : MBA / PGDM in Specialization marketing
Experience : 1 TO 3 years OR MBA Fresher
Age limit : 21 TO 35
Salary : Rs 25000 to 30000 per month in-hand and depends on her/him experience & qualification.
Eligible : Only for male
Role Definition: We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Responsibility Deliverable:
1) Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
2) Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
3) Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
4) Promote the company’s products addressing or predicting clients objectives
Tasks & Activities:
1) Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
2) Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
3) Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
4) Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
5) Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople .
6) Exhibition.
Measurement Metrics:
1) % of sales increase V/S Target on Monthly.
2) % of new product / Items Developed.
3) Customers satisfaction indeed every six months.
4) Sales against target V/S Target on Monthly.
5) Keep healthy in process pipeline worth 20% as per targets.
6) Customer visit V/S actual plan as per target.
7) Price increase approx. 5% year.
