Job Description:

Qualification: Any Graduate with Certification in Fire & Safety course is must.
Experience: Minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in an EHS role with ISO audit responsibilities from Manufacturing or Industrial plant environment.
Work location: Vasai east in Mumbai

Job description:
• EHS Program Development and Management:
Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, programs, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal EHS regulations.
• ISO Audit and Compliance:
Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal ISO audits (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
Identify non-conformities and areas for improvement, and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
Prepare for and manage external ISO audits by certification bodies.
• Training and Education:
Conduct EHS training programs for employees and contractors.
Develop training materials and ensure all employees are aware of and understand EHS policies and procedures.
• Inspection and Risk Assessment:
Perform regular safety and environmental inspections and risk assessments.
Identify hazards and potential risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Incident Investigation:
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes.
Develop and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Environmental Management:
Monitor and manage environmental impacts, including waste management, pollution control, and resource conservation.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and reporting requirements.
• Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain records of EHS inspections, audits, incidents, and training.
Prepare and submit required EHS reports to regulatory agencies and management.
• Emergency Preparedness:
Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
Conduct emergency drills and training sessions.
• Continuous Improvement:
Promote a culture of continuous improvement in EHS performance.
Stay updated on EHS and ISO regulations and best practices.

Key-skills :
Work is primarily performed in a manufacturing or industrial plant environment. – Mandatory.
Certified Safety Professional (CSP), ISO 14001/45001 Lead Auditor, Occupational Health Safety Technologist (OHST), or other relevant certifications preferred.
Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and ISO standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
Excellent communication and training skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working days:
Working hours: Mon to Sat – 6 days (Working Culture).
For Weekends, we work 6 days a week, 2nd Saturday & Sundays are off.
