Qualification: Bcom, Mcom, MBA-Finance, PGDM-Finance & Accounting, CA Inter
Experience: min 4+ yrs exp in Tally ERP Software, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Bank reconciliation, sales & purchase entries etc
Work location: Vasai east in Mumbai
Gender: Male

Job description:
Must have experience in using Tally ERP software for day to day accounting activities.
Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals,
Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
Prepare the entry Purchase, Sales, payments receipts Bank Reconciliations, Bill checking,
Assist in the Accounts Payable and Receivable:
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and payment collections.
Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data and trends.

Working days & time:
Working hours – Mon to Sat – 9 hrs Shift.
Weekends Off and 2nd Saturday off.
