Job Description:

Qualification: Any Graduate or Post Graduate
Experience: min 5+ yrs exp in Sales & Marketing for Solar panel projects
Work location: Pune region

Job description:

Marketing:
Develop and execute marketing strategies for solar panels. This includes market research, competitor analysis, content creation (website, brochures, social media), and potentially PR activities.
Dealer Development & Management. Identify and recruit new dealers to expand the company's sales network.
Develop new advertising material and execute campaigns and plans.
Manage relationships across all company departments to ensure seamless and consistent branding, marketing messaging and communications from a corporate marketing perspective.
Plan, organise and execute company participation in and marketing strategy for industry trade shows, conferences, and events.
Create social media communication strategy and implement actions to increase brand awareness and support overarching marketing campaigns and objectives through social media platforms.
Engage in market research and analytics to capture industry trends, project pipeline, potential leads, and direct competitor analysis and apply intel to marketing strategies.
Sales:
Prepares Monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly/Annual sales plans for the assigned regions.
Identifies prospective customers, EPC contractors, architects, industrial consultants, solar roof top project developers, Government bodies/agencies for Solar projects.
Attends to all enquires with promotion materials and information necessary to convert them into sales orders.

A team player and ability to build relationships.
Detail and deadline oriented.
Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and complete on a timely basis.
Excellent planning and organisational skills.
Creative, innovative and pro-active
