Job description:
Generate & qualify Lead through cold calling, Social media and Digital marketing.
Maintain Lead / Sales funnel by using CRM tools like Odoo, Leadsquared or similar applications. Experience to configure & execution of Lead management system will be added benefits.
Knowledge / experience of Digital marketing activities like SEO (on-page, Off-page), SMM Social Media Marketing, Linkedin sales navigator, Bulk Email campaigns, Paid ads (Google ads, Linkedin ads).
Client On-boarding, Client coordination.
Client support, Handle Client inquiries and develop strong client relationships.
Provide IT product demo presentation, Training for successful implementation.
Organize & give weekly webinar for interested clients.
Invite clients for weekly webinar by using bulk mailing / whats-app messages, social media like LinkedIn.
Delivering timely customer support to ensure 100% client satisfaction.
