Job description:
Generate & qualify Lead through cold calling, social media and digital marketing.
Maintain Lead / Sales funnel by using CRM tools like Odoo, Leadsquare or similar applications.
Client On-boarding, Client coordination.
Client support, Handle Client inquiries and develop strong client relationships.
Provide IT product demo presentation, Training for successful implementation.
Organize & give weekly webinar for interested clients.
Invite clients for weekly webinar by using bulk mailing / whats-app messages, social media like LinkedIn.
Delivering timely customer support to ensure 100% client satisfaction.
