Job Description / Responsibilities:
Handling incoming and outgoing Telephone Calls
Handling all kinds of Office Administrative work viz.
Stationary Purchase, Printing Material, computer maintenance (Hardware & Software) through designated agencies.
Managing other office maintenance through designated agencies, preparing various agreements with clients and other associates, all HR related activities.
Assisting Directors and other management persons in daily office activities
