Job Description:

We are looking for reputed chemical manufacturing company holding designation like Plant HR Manager, HR & Admin Manager, HR Manager, HR & IR Manager, Human Resource Manager, Head HR at Khopoli location in Maharashtra.

Qualifications: MLS / (MBA in HR & IR)
Experience: min 10+ yrs exp from Chemical or any manufacturing industry.
Work Location: Plant in Khopoli
Reporting to Head Human Resources (Corporate Office)
Industry: Chemicals

Candidate to be residing in Khopoli / Panvel
Working days: Tuesday Off plus alternate Monday.
Languages – Marathi is essential, English, hindi
IT skills – MS Office – MS Excel, PPT, HRIS system (SAP SF, Oracle, any other)

Focus: Talent acquisition (fitment – Offer - Appt – Joining, separations), Contract Labor Management, Staff & workers core HR,

Job description:
1. Recruitment & Selection – Job posting, JD preparation, position briefs.
2. Resume screening, interview coordination, Salary fitments proposals & approval.
3. Recruitment tracker & MIS (Monthly)
4. Search candidates with Agency & Naukri portal).
5. Prepare CTC, Offer, Appointment letters, Confirmations.
6. Monthly Attendance & Payroll data send to HO (Staff & workers)
7. Joining for new employees – Introduction, Induction program, assigning buddy, monitoring integration
8. Contract Labor Management (Fulfil the manpower, Monthly bill check,
9. Check main gate register (daily) and finalized the Man-days then process the bills along with check monthly compliance ( PF, ESIC, PT, GST)
10. To check all registers: wages register, OT, Leave register, Bonus register.
11. Min Wages tracking govt notifications, structuring min wages, tracking special allowance.
12. Industrial relations – Unionized Permanent workers, their representative union, collective bargaining, negotiations, wage settlements.
13. Contract Labour – head count / manpower planning – Unit / plant wise & shift wise – Monitoring & control – Budgeting – Optimizing as per increase or decrease.
14. Control over the Contractors – Labour, Forklift, Boiler house, production, Engg & Maintenance. Regular meetings.

Various audits:
Contractor’s - Wages registers & Statements (Bank Proof of credits to Casual workers individual bank accounts)
OT Payment Proof & Register of OT  OT control.
PF – PF Challan, PR ECR, PF ACK, PF Paid Receipt
ESIC – ESIC challan, ESIC ECR. E- Pechan Card
MLWF (Registration certificate and submission of returns and deposit receipts.
GST
ESIC and PF codes to be printed on Bills.

ISO Documentation (9001:2015):
Training Register – Training mandays, training feedback, training effectiveness measure.
Process flow document & design (PFD) record
LIST of ISO HR Documents
MOC
ISO objectives setting and monthly monitoring on variations and achievement status.
Risk & Opportunity - HR Dept
