Job Description:

Qualification: B.Pharm
Experience: 1 to 5 yrs in sales & marketing activities
Work location: Hyderabad

Job Responsibilities:
Sales activities:
Pharma Ethanol, ENA,DDGS/DWGS
Colleting the requirement of Customer, Order Confirmation, Price negotiation and Plan for Dispatches of alcohol
Payment follow-up with customer.
Coordinating with customers for obtaining the Excise permits
Coordination for Tanker inward and outward documentation
Sale of Fuel Ethanol to OMC
Participation of ethanol tender
Documentation with OMC and relevant documents to oil companies as per tenders norms.
Availing Signed agreement from Oil Companies and Purchase orders for supply of Ethanol as per the requirement of OMC’s
Appointment of Transporters for movement of ethanol to Oil Companies.
Preparing required documentation towards movement of material.

Business Development activities:
Addition of New Customers
Market / Competitor Analysis (Supply Demand Forecast)
Quality Management
Ensure Quality Ethanol & ENA are supplied to the customers.
Obtain feedback from the Customers and report to the QC team for taking corrective measures

Sales & Marketing:
Target for Pharmaceuticals and Industrial sales.
Preparation of Monthly Sales plan.
Introducing new Vendors to organization for increasing sales volume.
Monitoring of Sales orders.
Payment Reconciliation.
Payment follow-up with customer.
Need to Travel places for Marketing Survey and sales.
Achieving of Month Targets.
Cordial relationship with Esteemed Buyers.
Ensuring and monitoring Marketing activities.
Gathering feedback from customers regarding products quality.
Responsible for selling the product by establishing contact and developing relationships.
Increasing organization Revenue.
