Laser & Punching Machine Programmer at Pirangut in Pune

Job Description:

Qualification: Minimum Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Production, Automobile.
Experience: Shall have at least 3 to 6 Yrs experience in Laser Cutting m/c and Punching m/c Programming with Trumpf Trutops laser, Trumpf Trutops Punch software and AutoCad is Must.
Work Location: Pirangut, Pune

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Optimized Programming of laser and punching machine, Prepare nesting plan of laser and punching machine with minimum scrap and transfer it to machine, Create GEO, TAF, TMT, LST, PDF files required for laser and punching programming.
2) Able to read and draft the AutoCAD file whenever required (i.e Scaling file, Open Contour file etc).
3) Maintain the consumables of the laser and punching machines. ( i.e Laser m/c nozzles, mirrors, lenses, ceramics, punching machines all tools, toll adaptors, cartriages etc).
4) In case of shortage of raw material inform this to purchase team verbally as well as through mail to arrange the required raw material.
5) Create requisition of the material required for laser and punching machines ( i.e machine oil, gloves, cotton etc).
6) In case of machine breakoff need to send the laser and punching material to supplier with program and respected drawings file and maintain the record of the same.
7) Coordination with machine operators and guide them whenever required."
