Job Description:
Qualification: Diploma / BE in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electro-mechanical Engineering
Experience: min 4 to 10 years of experience in electro-mechanical manufacturing
Preferred Industry: Automobile Engineering Industry, Switch Industries, Automotive Industries
Work location: Vasai east in Mumbai
Reporting to: Production Manager
Job description:
Assist in planning and achieving daily and monthly production targets.
Supervise electro-mechanical assembly, wiring, and testing operations.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, drawings, quality standards, and safety norms.
Manage shop-floor manpower allocation, productivity
Coordinate with PPC, Stores, QA, Maintenance, and Engineering teams.
Monitor material usage, reduce wastage, and support inventory control.
Ensure machine availability and coordinate preventive/breakdown maintenance.
Maintain production reports, efficiency data, and downtime records.
Support audits, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
