Job Description:
Qualification Required: B.E.( Mechanical / Production / Electrical)
Minimum Experience Required: 12 to 25 Years
Expected System Knowledge: Quality Assurance - Leadership Role
Job Description (Along with Specific technical knowledge requirement):
Must have experience of handling team of quality engineers/ Managers in the field of supplier quality, In- process/ Manufacturing / Field quality /Business excellence
Excellent analytical skills in problem solving, Field complaints resolution , Supplier performance improvement , in house quality improvement
Excellent domain knowledge in total quality management , business excellence , quality tools, 7 QC tools, implementation of PFMEA / bench marking , Kaizen, Poka-yoke, Etc.
Unable to guide team to resolve quality & system issues
Motivate & encourage subordinate to achieve goods & targets with required quality and duration
Excellent application knowledge of SPC, 7QC, tools, FMEA Control plans , Process charts, Calibration.
Good Knowledge of New product development, DFMEA, APQP, PPAP, DVP etc.
Excellent knowledge & understanding of ISO-9001:2015 , IATF 16949 QMS implementation.
Excellent inter personal relationship with in house team and customers
Good understanding of customer requirement and customer communication
Other special requirement:
Must have worked in Automobile or Auto ancillary company
Effective team builder
Good knowledge of business processes and management information systems
