Job Description:
Qualification: BE / Diploma Mechanical or Production
Experience: min 10 to 20 Years of CNC/VMC, Machining parts development (from Foundry / Engineering / Auto Industries)
Department: Machine Shop
Location: Bhosari in Pune
Joining Should: As soon as possible
Preferred candidate profile: Machining, development, Design & development, Vendor development, Engineering management, Development management. Process engineering,
Role & responsibilities:
Machining Cost Estimation.
Cycle time study & cost reduction ideas.
Machine selection, CNC VMC Programming experience.
Implementation of automation.
Supplier selection for machining.
Development activities.
APQP / TRA / TRSO Knowledge.
Pre-requisites:
Should be tech savvy.
Should have a good communication and presentation skill.
Good Personality.
Effective Communication
Knowledge of Systems like 5s, Kaizen,7QC Tools etc.
Time- Management.
