Job Description:
Qualification: BE in Electronic or Instrumentation with minimum 5 to 12 yrs experience in the field of Industrial automation & controls
Job description:
Prompt & efficient Post sales support, includes application development, installation & commissioning of products, attending service calls, support sales channels.
Prepare demo applications for product demonstration & tranining
Prepare & maintain repository with details & up-to-date technical information related to product
Prepare & maintain relevant technical information, wiring & installation details and drawings for Product brochures, data sheets, manuals, Application notes, Training manuals, FAQ.
Prepare training kits, applications, presentations, webinars, training videos.
Control the Marketing communications, announcement related to the product launch
Create & maintain the product forum
Provide inputs to engineering team regarding new features, enhancements, issues & facilitate product growth
Travels to customer site & locations for support, training as and when required
Ability to work as per European or American time zone as and when required and provide remote support & training.
Desired skills required
PLC / HMI Programming experience for any brand
IEC61131-3 Programming
Experience in installation & Commissioning in the field
Exprience in handling and resolving field complaints.
Good communication skill & analytical skill
Salary: Rs 6 to 10.0 Lac per annum
