Design Engineer (Mechatronics) at Thane in Mumbai

Job Description:

Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mechatronics is must 
Experience: min 2.5 to 5 yrs experience in Automobile Plastic parts designing by using Solidworks & Autocad software.
Work location: Vasai (E), Thane in Mumbai

Responsibility:
To prepare the Product /Part drawings/Sub assembly drawings
Understand customer requirements and expectations .Techno commercial feasibility review
To verify and approve the part layout inspection reports as per the approved parts & Product design.
Project-wise Lab testing report verification as per customer requirement ,Test Standard specifications
To do the Project Monitoring of timeline to agreed Product Launch date as per APQP.
To provide design solutions with the help of TOP Solidworks software ,CAD related activities
To ensure system Compliance as per IATF 16949 /TS 16949 requirements.Ensure APQP documents updated to reflect the actual product Development status.
Ensure confidentiality Design and Development Documents and Customer documents
Part, Sheetmetal, Surface Modeling
Authority To prepare and issue the drawings,
Revise the drawings after the approval from D&D Manager,
To initiate the study for customers requirements.
To Prepare and issue the drawings, Revise the drawings after the approval from NPD manager
To raise DICA and demand actions to meet the requirements.
Status reporting to Tech partner and Manager -NPD/Product designers
To close the N.Cs raised during internal and system audit.

Skills required: PPAP Knowledge, IATF 16949, 2D drafting, Sheet Metal, DFMEA, Solidworks Design for Assembly, Design for Manufacturing, Project Data Management System, Proto Sample Develeopment,
