Job Description:
MBA - HR, MPM, MSW
Experience: minimum 1 to 3 yrs exp in HR activities.
Work location: Pirangut in Pune
Job profile:
Good knowledge in Recruitment process, vendor management
Good Communication skill
Good Letter Drafting Skill- Offer Letter, Appointment Letter etc.
New Joinee Process Induction Process, Exit process
knowledge of Payroll Process, Salary Calculation.
Processing of PF Rules and Regulations
Knowledge of Statutory compliance like ESIC, PF, Health Insurance Process.
Appraisal Process, Knowledge of KRA and KPI
Able to handle responsibility independently .
