Qualification: Any Graduate, Post Graduate
Experience: 1 to 4 yrs in end to end recruitment process and client coordination (existing as well as new clients)
Work location: Remote
Work type: Fix salary with business revenue goal or Freelancer (on commission basis)
Job Description;
End to end recruitment cycle for IT & Non-IT industries.
Understanding the Job Description, Screening the resume, schedule interviews & follow-ups till candidates joining.
Posting ads on job portals, Bulk emailing to job-seekers, Social media, use of own database and referencing to source candidates.
Client coordination (New & Existing). Daily new companies calling, share introduction & followups till get tie-up.
Prepare business presentations, proposals and showcase company capabilities to prospective clients and their HR teams.
Professional skills & terms:
Excellent communication skill in English must.
Ready to coordinate / outbound calls to clients for agreement / to collect open positions.
Commitment for long term association.
