Job Description:

The roles and responsibility for the position of Executive – Business Development is as stated below.

Principal Accountability:
• To achieve annual sales targets under the guidance of the Business Development Head.

Work Profile:

• To plan & strategize acquisition of new customers which will generate sales.
Responsible for revenue collection of sales done
• To achieve summit targets consistently
• Developing presentations for prospective clients, managing client visits.
• Source information from external sources /industry for relevant business opportunities.
• Organize industry-related seminars/ meetings.
• MIS reporting on daily basis


Nature of job:

• Direct sales ,B2B, Corporate sales, Target customers are SME (Small and Medium scale industries whose annual is above 1 cr.).

• Excellent oral and written communication presentation skills
• Independence in thought while relating to business needs
• Ability to work well in a team
• Ability to understand and meet business needs without compromising on independence.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively
• Strong drive to learn and perform
• Excellent sales track record
• Reading as habit should be inherent part of personality to come across as well read individual.
