Asst Manager HR (HRBP-IT) in Bangalore
Job Description:
Qualification: MBA HR or PG in HR specialization
work Experience: min 8 to 12 yrs exp as HR Partner in IT Industry.
Work location: Bangalore
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation to employees and business.
• Drive adherence to HR process, metrics, and plan.
• Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., Career development, Disciplinary actions).
• Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units.
• Analyses trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies to help drive people decisions.
• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Provides guidance and input on business unit restructure, workforce planning and succession planning.
• Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
• Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
• Work closely with Compensation team for arriving at the better salary fitment.
• Create and Design impactful Employee Engagement initiatives and effectively carry them out in collaboration with business and the internal teams.
• Drive Reward and Recognition effectively, in the business unit.
• Formulate people agenda for respective teams and closely work with business to drive positive business outcomes.
• Work with the business closely on career planning and skill requirements on talent specific matters
• Work with the TA team to drive hiring and ensure manpower requirements are met as per Plan.
• Oversee the new employee induction and on-boarding of the new employees in the team.
Key areas on operation in specific:
1. Coordinate with Business for Headcount approvals.
2. Onboarding on new employees and engage with candidates till they join.
3. Conduct HR & Other function Induction for new employees
4. Analyse data and trends in all HR areas and proactively communicate business.
5. Ensure to complete the timely completion of Probation process
6. Effective implementation of Buddy Program for new employees
7. Monitor and ensure the engagement survey and action points are implemented.
8. Training initiatives in line with business requirements
9. Ensure effective handling of R&R process
10. Handling offboarding of the employees who are leaving
11. Effective handling of employee grievances
12. Act as the SPOC for all HR related areas
13. Handle communications specific to the respective business area
14. Have a better employee connect.
15. Play a key role in talent retention
16. Liase with Admin team on handling visitors and the house keeping matters

• Proven experience of 8-10 years as HR Business Partner in Sales & IT functions
• Strong understanding of various HR domains and demonstrated collaboration across recruitment, rewards, learning and operations teams
• Effective People Management Skills
• Strong drive to take initiative, ownership
