Sr. Architect (Industrial) in Pune

Job Description:

Qualification: Bachelor of Architecture
Experience: 5 to 15 years in Industrial construction project only.
Gender: Male preferred
Tentative DOJ: Immediately or 15 days

Key Responsibilities:
Develop a building expansion as well as new proposal for the construction of an industrial space using mostly Conventional, PEB, glass material and concrete.
Preparation of PEB Specifications and detailed drawings.
Ensure quality and efficiency for assigned tasks and deliverables.
Actively work on high-level tasks and deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously.
Attend the preliminary meetings with respective clients for basic requirements, and accordingly filling of detailed questionnaire to facilitate smooth working throughout the scheme completion.
Working on master planning for industrial project/area.
Manage and lead the development of complete design drawings and coordination from schematic design through construction documents.
Assist in the coordination of plans and designs.
Help monitor the flow of development activities to ensure completion of architectural work for new construction projects.
Assist in company's business expansion initiatives by providing information, analysis and suggestions.
Supervise, assist and provide technical guidance to the project teams on assigned projects.
Plan, delegate, schedule, review and edit all work products produced by the project teams.
Review, assess and incorporate changes provided by the consultants/clients into the projects.
Prepare presentations to the Planning Commission, clients and community groups.
Should be Proficient in the analysis and resolution of complex technical issues, expert in root-cause targeted troubleshooting.
