Job Description:
Qualification: Any Graduate with excellent communication skills
Experience: min 1 to 4 yrs in pre-sales, lead generation & sales confirming activities from Education industry.
Work location: Khar west in Mumbai
Job Responsibilities:
Cold calling, Database calling to market music education products
Lead generation
Answering incoming calls from prospective customers
Using scripts to provide information about product's features, prices etc. and present their benefits
Being able to communicate the benefits of the proposition to the customers
150 200 calls per day, emails and messaging to achieve the daily contact and conversion goals
Desired Profile:
Candidate based in Mumbai
Excel knowledge is a must
