Job Description:
Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Production, Automobile, Metallurgy,
Experience: 4 to 10 Yrs.
Required Skills
Knowledge of S G Iron / foundry / Gravity die casting Production Line
Knowledge of Melting, Molding & Auto pouring
Knowledge of S.G. IRON Melt preparation grade wise.
Knowledge of Induction furnace.
Knowledge rawmaterial Consumption.
Basic knowledge of Metallurgical
Knowledge of vertical line molding process.
Knowledge of Auto pouring process
Rejection related melting & molding.
Able to handle Associates & Permanent operators
Cost control productivity improvement.
Ensure the 5S implementation in shop floor.
Computer Knowledge MS office, power pointe-mail & Employee communication.
Ensure Safety of each & every individual involved in production activity.
Manpower handling effectively
Committed to achieve the production target
