Experience in payroll / salary processing for 800+ employees within timeframe for Automoible / Manufacturing Industry.
Exp in Training and development activities, Joining & Exit formalities and Full & final settlement for employee.
Exp in statutory compliance like ESI, PF, PT, MLWF, Gratuity, etc..
Savvy in E-filling / manual filling of compliances & knowledge to cooperate with Govt authorities.
Exp in Performance management / appraisal, Disciplinary actions.
Employee engagement & good in handling employee grievances.
Exp in handling facility management activities like Canteen, Transport, Securities, Infrastructure maintenance, etc,
Exp in Contract management & Audits.
Should be aware about SAP System.
