Job Description:
Qualifications: BTech/DME in Mechanical, Production or Automobile
Experience: min 8 to 12 yrs exp in Designing of tooling & Development of Automobile industry
Work location: Greater Noida
Job description
1. Guages, fixtures & Tool design for all three lines(Rotor, CASA & Tube connector) products
2. Tooling design for flaring, punching, bulging, crimping,bending, caulking etc
3. Cutting tools & fixtures design for tube connector Machining, well versed with Gauges concepts for receiving, Go/ No go, flush pin, layout,stack up analysis and wear allowance.
4. Part modelling in Inventor, Solidworks, Unigraphics NX, Catia(3D & 2D)
5. Master design data prepration. Drawing release and control.
6. ECN/PCN handling
7. Computer proficiency MS Office
8. Exposure to TS/IS 16949/ IATF documentation
