Job description:
Experience in End to End IT recruitment is Mandatory.
Sourcing/Screening profiles from Job Portals, social media and internet resume mining.
Develop pro-active recruitment strategies and initiatives to meet ongoing hiring needs.
Arranging telephone, video or in-person interviews.
Performing background & reference checks.
Maintaining candidate databases MIS
Passionate about recruitment.
Offering job positions and completing the relevant paper work for joining as well as exit.
Utilizing social media platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stackover flow, Google Xray search, Facebook, Twitter, etc) to drive networking and candidate pool development.
