Qualification: CA, MCA, MCom
Experience: min 4 to 10 yrs in implementing and maintaining Finance Modules - GL, AR, AP, Cash Management, in depth understanding of GST, TCS, Balanesheet etc. in an Engineering Company
Work location: Gujrat

Job description:

1) Implementation of FIN Modules:
Participate in CRP, Gap Analysis to understand Finance Modules - GL, AR, AP, Cash Management, in depth understanding of GST, TCS, Balanesheet etc.implemented and requirement for new implementation
Participate in the configuration of the new FIN Modules
Performing Testing - Functional, performance and get UAT Signoff
System Performance Issue Reolution
Performance Indicators - Signed off Artefacts from User, planned v/s actual time, cost and quality

2) Supporting FIN Modules:
Resolve end user queries, mentor team to perform their tasks
Conduct periodic RCA for support queries received from users and initiate corrective and preventive actions
Find out process gaps, if any, and fix it
Performance Indicators - 90% Call resolution on same day

3) New solutions and innovations:
Look for new innovative solutions to automate manual work, if any and improve process efficiency.
Study new solutions coming up in market and best practices being implemented in the domain across industries and prepare implementation plans for the same.
Performance Indicators - At least 1 new solutions proposed to business customers and implement

4) Outside Business:
Look for new business inside and outside
Participate in presales activities
Performance Indicator - Revenue of 25L in first year from new customer or growth in existing customer
