Job description
Hands on experience for Rack rolling & Circular Rolling Setups and troubleshooting.
New racks developments and Rack Drawing approvals.
Hands on experience for Gear cutting/ Machining processes like gear milling, gear hobbing, shaping and troubleshooting of the same.
Good Knowledge of Manufacturing processes.
Exposure on GD & T and Engineering drawing.
Good knowledge of Control plan and PFMEA.
Computer proficiency MS Office.
Basic knowledge of SAP.
Exposure to basic quality tools, APQP and PPAP.
Exposure to TS/IS 16949 / IATF documentation.
Must be from Automobile industry.
