Job Description:

Qualification: BE in Electronics or Instrumentation
Experience: 3+ years in Embedded Hardware design & development experience from Automobile industry.
Work location: Vasai East in Mumbai

Job description:

1) Hardware Design: Experience in Designing Developing & Testing of Analog, Digital, & Mixed signals as per customer requirements & Time lines/targets.
2) Components selections.Understanding of DATAsheets of electronic components is must.
3) Experience in Power Electronics Design along-with Knowledge of EMI /EMC.
4) ECAD: Design experience in PCB layout in Eagle / Ki CAD; Altium. Circuit Simulation in LT-spice is an added advantage.
5) Embedded software: C,C++; Experience of Communications protocols viz. I²C,SPI, CABUS etc.
6) Good understanding of Micro controller circuit design & programming.
7) Working experience of driver developments viz. ADC,PWM,TIMERS, GPIOs. Experience in Device drivers developments & various Communication protocols viz. USB,UART, Bluetooth etc.
8) Knowledge of SAEJ19389 &Misra C will be an added advantage.
9) Team Player – Participating in CFT meetings,& design reviews. Attending Customers & field problems & resolution of Design Issues.
10) APQP Documentations–As per customer requirement follow of DFMEA,DVP Planning & Testing,PPAP Audits.
11) Supplier& Purchase dept follow ups & co-ordinations during Development phases.
12) Assys& Protosample making & Submission to Customers as per agreed schedules
13) Data management- Maintaining all the design data in ePDM
14) Participating in FTG –ie. Jig/Fixture, Tester developments for the Products designed.
15) After completion of product development ECR / ECN closures of the designed product & Handover to regular production team.
16) Components selection – Components checking & approvals in systems.
17) Participation in cost reduction exercises.

Other Requirements
Knowledge of solid works and EPDM
PCB Layout solid work- Eagle CAD, Ki CAD, LT Spice etc.
Experience from automotive component as added advantage specially in EV.
A course from Autobot India Pvt. Ltd. Will be an added advantage.
Knowledge/awareness of IATF, ISO9000 systems will be added advantage.
Experience in Product development lifecycle process.
