Job Description:
Review Requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and
meaningful feedback
Provide technical solutions and become go to person for the team
Become a single point of contact and work closely with onsite team / clients
Identify and communicate risks and provide action plan to mitigate the risks
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate Development and testing activities
Design, develop and drive technical solutions
Provide timely and accurate project status report
Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and project managers) to identify system requirements
Mentor team members and provide support to grow them
Stay up-to-date with new technologies
Ability to create frameworks, solutions and POCs
Job Skills:
4 to 7 Years of experience in .Net Web or .Net Core or Python or NodeJS skills
Hands on experience in Web application development using Asp.net MVC
Excellent experience in C#, Entity framework, LINQ, WebApi, SSRS, BI
Database experience in Postgres, SQL Server
Good experience in Unit Testing, BDD and TDD
Good Experience on Design Patterns and principles
Skilled in Requirement analysis and Design experience
Good Experience on JavaScript, CSS3 and HTML5
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools and processes
Experience in leading a team of 10 members.
Experience in SCM – GIT, SVN
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Proven work experience in Agile tools TFS, VSTS/Azure DevOps
A logical mind that enjoys using technical know-how to solve problems

Great communication skills with the ability to build strong professional relationships
