Job Description:

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Information Technology or PG in Computer
Experience: 9 to 15 yrs from Automobile / Manufacturing Industry.
Location: Greater Noida
Department: IT / EDP

Job description: Primary Responsibilities

Customer:
Oversee the implementation of SAP IT projects by understanding the requirements of end users to determine quality of IT/ SAP services
Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring speedy and efficient redressal of IT (SAP) related problems through the SAP tickets

Process:
Establish department SLAs to ensure responsibilities, authorities and account abilities are defined and understood with respect to support related to networking, hardware, software and ERP ensuring 99.95% uptime.
Participate in negotiations with Vendors along with the Purchase team and provide technical support in IT systems/ SAP related procurement
Monitor execution of activities by third party administrators to ensure adherence to predefined SLAs and quality standards for SAP
Manage the development and implementation of the User Manuals, training, project roll out related to SAP and Software applications
Monitor the consistency, effectiveness and the rollout of the SAP and software application projects across the organization
Take responsibility of increasing the SAP awareness, capability and usage amongst employees by ensuring SAP modules are utilized and users trained
Work with SAP/other service providers for introducing modifications or developing new modules based on business specific requirements and constraints
Prepare and submit IT related MIS & reports to the HOD as per specified timelines

Financial:
Prepare an annual IT budget in line with Organizations Growth Strategy.
Undertake cost optimization initiatives through cost-benefit analysis of IT applications across the organization
Cost effective Implementation of SAP enhancement tools as per organization requirements

Learning & Development:
Ensure timely completion of all stages of Performance Appraisal Process
Provide guidance, counseling and feedback to subordinates on their performance to ensure a motivated and committed team
Nominate subordinates actively for the people development initiatives like training, workshops across the organization etc.
