Qualification: Diploma/Btech in Mechanical, Production or Automobile
Experience: 8 to 12 yrs from Automobile / Manufacturing Industry.

Job description
Responsible for Gauges, Fixture & tool design.
Responsible for tooling design for flaring , punching , bulging, crimping bending, caulking etc.
Responsible for cutting tools & Fixture design for tube connector Machining.
Well versed with gauges concepts for receiving Go/ No go, flush pin, layout , stack up analysis and wear allowance.
Must have knowledge of Part modeling in inventor , solid works , Unigraphics NX Catia (3D & 2D).
Accountable for Master design data preparation , Drawing release and control.
Involved in ECN/PCN handling .
Computer proficiency MS Office is must .
Must have exposure of TS/IS 16949/ IATF documentation.
