Job Description:
Qualification: B.E(Mechanical, EEE) or Any Graduate, MBA (Sales & Marketing)
Experience: Must have at least minimum 2 to 4 years experience as in Dealers Network Development.
Work location: Pune & ready to develop Dealers in PAN India

You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

Database gathering from various sources like Google, face book, LinkedIn, Get Distributors etc. for Distributor’s network development.
New Strategy implementation for conversion to positive Distributors.
Responsible of Target completion of Distributors addition in company account.
Responsible monthly and yearly Targets.
Responsible for timely payment credit of Distributors Deposit.
Initial calling of company introduction and Distributorship policy explanation.
Convince Distributors till closing for Distributorship.
Complete Distributorship Documentation process.
Agreement processes complete, scan copy send by mail.
Complete Pan India Distributorship Network Development.
Exiting Distributors Administrative support and Service Support.
Arrange all required services which required in network.
MIS Preparation Daily, weekly & monthly.
Distributors’ office visit, set up of their office.
Skills required:
Expert in Channel Network Development in pan India level.
Good communication skills.
Expert at establishing relationships with new people.
Presentation skills.
Good Personality, positive attitude.
Expert in MS-Office(word, excel, Power-point)
