Job Description:

Qualification: Any Gradudate, Post Graduate
Experience: min 3 to 7 yrs exp in CRM Presales activities from Real Estate or construction industry.
Work location: Kondhwa in Pune

Roles and Responsibilities
Handling customer queries for better customer satisfaction.
Presales is about managing leads from various sources and generating potential customers to various project sales teams.
Responsible to lead a team of pre-sales outsourced and in-house tele-calling associates to generate quality walk-ins across various projects.
Identifying prospective clients, generating business from the existing clientele to achieve business targets.
To structure and produce compelling sales proposals/commercial and technical documentation.
Handling inbound calls and making outbound calls as per the guidelines of the organisation.
Capturing leads, qualifying them and then routing such leads to sales for effective closure.
Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.
Responsible to ensure a call conversion to a Site Visit
