SAP Coordinator
Job Description:
Qualification: Any Graduate or post Graduate
Experience: 3+ years of experience in SAP Or ERP. (Mostly Preferred From Manufacturing company)
Work location: Chakan in Pune
OBJECTIVE:
To coach, resolve queries of the Stores & Purchase Department and act as a link between subordinates and upper management.
SKILLS:
Communication and negotiation skills, Time management and planning skills, Positive Attitude, Initiative, Can grasp quickly, Confidence and go getter,Etc.
JOB PROFILE:
Must have Experience in SAP and ERP
Understand the Management requirements from ERP as a system
Must Full knowledge of the SAP Functions
Explain the processes
Explain the relevance of each process
Explain the interdependence or interplay between organisations
Use the system for analytics
Make sure that the system and the processes are becoming user friendly. Or Make the Users friendly with the processes and with the system
Monitor their progress related to system
Incorporate their feedback and recommend improving the existing system
Taking care for day-to-day routine support activities like resolving the Bugs, Visioning with Sap Service Provider, getting resolved the Bugs, follow up for new requirements from Sap Service Provider, Bug analysis
Assistance in preparing the training material, record keeping, resolution of new requirements etc.
To take care of the Hardware requirements related to SYSTEM and resolve the issues related to the Hardware settings of the system.
Provide Customer service and support.
