Job Description:

Qualification: B Tech / M Tech in Civil
Work Experience: 6 to 10 Yrs
Gender Preference: Male
Preferred Industry Background: Civil Engineering, Real Estate and Construction management
Reporting to: Sr. V. P - Planning & Projects

Job Responsibilities
* Internal coordination with site team, QS, Procurement & Accounts team.
* Conduction of meetings with design consultants & internally with site team & Customers and distribute minutes of meeting to all project team members, consultants & customers.
* Collecting updates from sites and reporting it to the management through Management Information System (MIS) in excel format.
* Preparation of Project schedule, Cash flow, manpower & material requirement.
* Prepare project organization and communication charts.
* Using MSP for project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
* Keep the Vice President (VP), CTO (Chief Technical officer) and Directors informed about project status and critical issues that may impact the projects.
* Generating Reports – DAR, DPR, WPR, MPR, and Hindrance Report & Projected Schedule with respect to the delay occurred.
* Genneration of Earned Value Report for the ongoing works
* Preparation of Outstanding Payments of Contractors & Vendors and planning for the release of the same as per the provided budget
* Designing the model of the Structure in ETABS as per the Architectural Plan
* Analysis configuration of basic Structural components of the building as per the specific code provision
* Preparing Structural BOQ for Budget Preparation and bar bending schedule as per approved drawings.
* Drafting the required drawings to be executed at site
* Training Internship students from NICMAR & other renowned colleges
