CNC M/c Programmer cum Operator at Pirangut in Pune

Job Description:

Qualification: Minimum ITI / Diploma Mechanical.
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 Years experience in Programming and Operating of Doosan Horizontal CNC machine.

Job Brief
We are looking for a person who can program and Operate Doosan Horizontal CNC machine with Fanuc Controller.

Job Responsibilities:
Minimum 3+ Years experience in Programming and Operating of CNC Turning Machine, Experience with Doosan Horizontal CNC machine will be recommended
Must have experience of Programming on Fanuc Controller.
Experience in cutting tool selection will be an additional advantage
Must be ready to work in shifts
Program and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as Programming, Operating, drilling, etc.
Shall be able read engineering drawing and Machine tolerances
Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc.
Translate instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function
Prepare and load raw materials and parts into the machines
Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications
Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large number of parts
Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result
Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly
Shall be able to check the parts with Measuting istruments like Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Dial Bore Gauge.
