Job Description:

Education: B.E./B.Tech (Preferred – Electronics, Automotive, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or related fields)
Experience: minimum 4 to 8 years experience as Executive Assistant Technology from automotive, electronics, engineering, or technology-driven organizations.
Work Location: Baner in Pune

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant Technology to the Managing Director (MD) to join our team.
The role involves supporting strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional coordination, and ensuring seamless execution of executive priorities.
The candidate will work closely with the MD to drive key business projects, stakeholder engagement, operational governance, and strategic planning while ensuring effective communication across teams.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, project coordination, and problem-solving skills, with prior exposure to technology-driven, automotive, or engineering environments preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Partner closely with the MD to drive strategic initiatives, monitor business priorities, and ensure timely execution of critical programs.
Coordinate cross-functional projects across engineering, product, operations, finance, and business teams to ensure alignment and accountability.
Prepare executive presentations, strategy decks, reports, and business updates for leadership reviews and decision-making.
Manage and coordinate legal and business documentation including NDAs, MoUs, partnership agreements, and confidential records.
Support innovation and R&D initiatives, including coordination for patents, technical documentation, and external stakeholders where applicable.
Develop and implement structured workflows, SOPs, and governance frameworks to improve operational efficiency and project execution.
Coordinate with vendors, procurement, accounts, and finance teams for vendor management and payment-related activities.
Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and technology feasibility studies to support strategic planning and business growth.
Support RFQ responses, business discussions, and stakeholder engagement with customers, partners, and external agencies.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams while resolving coordination challenges.
