Customer Quality Support Representative in Faridabad & Jaipur
Job Description:
Qualification: BE / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Automobile, Industrial Engineering or related discipline
Experience: min 2 to 4 Years experience in Customer Quality inspection, Customer complaints, Issues at Customer Line / Assembly, No Customer Line Stoppage.
Work location: Faridabad & Jaipur
Gender: Male
Job Responsibilities:
Work closely with Customer to Ensure Defect Free Product at Customer End.
Address quality-related challenges, Issues at Customer Line / Assembly / Go down.
Primary Analysis for customer complaints related to Quality or Delivery.
Daily Reporting to HO with Report.
Daily Monitoring of Delivery Stock.
Ensure No Customer Line Stoppage due to Quality issue or Delivery.
Visit to Nearby Customer whenever suggested by HO to attend quality or delivery issue.
Maintain Good Relationship with all customers.
Arrange Gate Entry, Schedule, Appointment of customer whenever HO Team visit to Customer.
Skills and Key Requirements:
Strong understanding of quality Requirement of OEM (JCB) .
Excellent Customer Relationship skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
