Job description for Production:
Assist in daily production planning and shop floor activities
Monitor machine utilization, productivity, and process flow
Support implementation of production targets and schedules
Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for smooth operations
Maintain production records and reports
Participate in continuous improvement and 5S activities
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes
Understanding of production drawings and tools
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to work on shop floor and shifts

Job description for Quality:
Support incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities
Maintain quality documentation and inspection reports
Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions
Monitor quality standards and customer requirements
Coordinate with production team for quality improvements
Participate in audits and quality system implementation
Use measuring instruments for inspection activities
Basic understanding of quality tools and inspection methods
Knowledge of measuring instruments like Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge

Job description for Purchase:
Assist in procurement of raw materials and components
Coordinate with vendors for quotations and deliveries
Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records
Follow up with suppliers for timely material dispatch
Support inventory and stock monitoring activities
Coordinate with production and stores departments
Maintain vendor database and documentation
Good negotiation and communication skills
Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems is preferred
