Accounts & Administration officer (Female) at Bhosari - Pune

Job Description:

B.Com or M.Com with Experienced (Min. 2 Years), workload will be 80% Accounting & Additional 20% for Administration & Customer Support
Job Responsibilities: Accounting
· Tally data entry including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation statement, and preparation of debtors / creditors statements.
· Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payments.
· Preparing Invoices & Payment Follow-ups with Customer.
· Maintaining accounting records, making copies, filing documents, etc.
· Thorough with statutory compliance of deducted and collected taxes viz Service Tax, VAT,CST,ESIC,PF,TDS, Profession tax.
· Knowledge of returns for e-TDS, Service Tax, Profession tax, VAT, CST
· Co-ordinating with CA for timely Returns of reqd. taxes

Job Responsibilities: Administration & Customer Support
· Data Maintaining of Employees, Employee attendance monitoring & leave planning
· Data Entry & updation of Weekly/Monthly Sales & Service reports
· Maintaining & Updation in Sales Enquiry register, Quotations, PO Preparation, Order Booking & Follow-up
· Payment Follow-ups with Customer

Eligibility:
· B.Com or M.Com with min. 2 years of experience in Industrial Sales/Trading firms
· Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word & Powerpoint) is a must
· Experience in using Tally 9 is highly preferred.
· Good written and verbal communication in English, interpersonal skills and ability to deal with customers and external contacts.
· Proactive and well organized.
· Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
