Job Description:

Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech / Automobile / Production / Metallurgy
Experience: 3 to 10 yrs exp in
work location: Shirwal in Pune (On Satara road)

Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily schedules, employee shifts, and time-off requests
Train and integrate new workers
To handle shift operation. Assign duties to employees and oversee their progress
Responsible to handle the whole shift independently, Manpower Handling.
Responsible for Yield Performance & Maintain 5-S.
Knowledge of roll forming operations, mechanical Press or work in press shop is preferable .
Awareness of preventive & Breakdown maintenance of Machine.
Knowledge of production planning, material inventory control, shift dispatch as per customer schedule.
Knowledge of Quality System
Comprehensive knowledge of basic software, such as Word and Excel.
