Organization Structure
Sr Engineer Reports To Project Manager

Qualification: B.E. Civil
Experience: 8+ Years in handling Mivan Projects
Work location: on Pirangut road in Pune
Salary: Negotiable for right candidate

Purpose:
Responsible to complete and handover the allotted building in given schedule with standard SOP.
To ensure overall Execution of work and provide technical support to subordinates.
To complete assigned building with required quality parameters on time.

Main Responsibilities
1) Monitoring
To execute all ongoing activities with help of subordinates as per SOP.
To monitor junior staff & contractors manpower to achieve scheduled dates.
To find out bottlenecks prior to executing upcoming activities and discuss the same with seniors & concerns.

2) Training & Development
To train & explain proper specified working methodology to the contractors & workers.

3) Planning
To prepare schedule of activities and plan to complete as per the final dates.
To review the plan of resources on timely basis - manpower, material & machinery.

4) Billing
To check contractors bill on weekly basis or as per work progress.
To do the work done entry on weekly basis in ERP.

5) Quality control
To communicate start up project activities & specified methodology to contractor & subordinates.
To study contractors work order, company Quality Management Process& Drawing carefully to avoid non compliances.
To prepare compliance report of QA/QC department and to complete activities in 7 days.

6) Documentation
To maintain daily work progress report & manpower report.
To maintain all drawing folder, records in proper manner as per GFC.
To keep record of billing & work done files in secured manner.

7) Safety
To implement the safety plan prepared by safety officer at site.
To ensure all tools and equipment are adequate and safe for use.
To ensure safety guidelines being followed at work locations including provisions of construction safety manual prepared by Safety officer.
To ensure all workers are wearing right type of safety gears like helmets, jackets, gloves, etc And maintain record of the same.
To ensure child labour is not engaged at site
To facilitate safety audit to be conducted by safety officer.
To issue work permit to contractors based on undertaking and application submitted by contractor.
To keep building & building premises clean & neat manner.
To participate in the safety review with safety officer & PM.
To be primarily responsible from SKYi for safety of all the people at allotted work location.
To enforce stop work for a activity / contractor / location in case safety guidelines are not being followed.
To comply with safety observation / non compliance issued by safety officer before recommencement of particular activity.

8) Reconciliation
To avoid wastage of material like cement, sand, tile, steel excess than the specified limit.
To maintain proper record of the issued material & do proper reconciliation.
To support audit person at the time of monthly stock checking & reconciliation.
