Sr HR Executive at Vasai east in Mumbai
Job Description:
Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate in HR, Personnel Management, or relevant discipline.
Experience: 4 to 8 years of experience in HR operations (manufacturing/industrial setup preferred).
Work location: Vasai east in Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
Core HR Operations:
Handle end-to-end employee life-cycle management including recruitment, on-boarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR files, and HRMS data.
Coordinate recruitment activities: manpower planning,
Manage attendance, leave, shifts, and overtime through HRMS / WEBTEL or similar systems.
Prepare and validate payroll inputs; coordinate with payroll/vendor and resolve salary-related issues.
Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws:
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, minimum wages, bonus, gratuity, and labour laws.
Maintain statutory registers, records, and documentation as per legal requirements.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.
Support employee engagement activities, welfare initiatives, and celebrations.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and disciplinary processes.
Training:
Identify training needs and coordinate internal/external training programs.
Reporting & MIS:
Prepare HR MIS reports related to manpower, attendance, attrition, compliance, and payroll.
Provide HR data and analysis to management as required.
