Job Description:

Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Production OR Commerce Graduate / Bcom
Experience: 3 to 6 years relevant experience, preferred candidates who have experienced in ERP or SAP.
Work location: Pirangut in Pune

Job Brief:
We are looking for an experienced and well-organised Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the field Sales team.
The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities so as to maximise their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.

Job Responsibilities
Handling quotations, invoice processing, purchase order for Sales
Coordinate with sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports (i.e Documentation)
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems

Additional skills required:
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Knowledge of Auto-cad will be an added advantage.
Prioritising, time management and communication skills
Knowledge of Excel is required.
