Qualification: B.E. Civil / Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch)
Experience: 1 or 2 Years in Business development & Lead generation for Equipment / Products for Builders and Architects industry.
Age: Less than 25 years
Work location: Bhosari in Pune & willing to Travel PAN India extensively.

Position Overview:
Visiting Customers all over India for Business Development, Marketing and sales.
Collaborating with clients, engineers, contractors, Architects, Builders etc to understand their needs, preferences, and project goals.
Preparing offer for submission to customers.
Sending Introduction letter to new potential customers.
Negotiate and close the orders with customers.
Payment collection and Recovery
Responsibilities Marketing of Equipment / Products (PAN India basis) for Builders and Architects.
Key requirements Good Knowledge of Building Codes Good Communication Skills, Analytical Skills.
Willing to Travel PAN India extensively
Personal Characteristics Energetic, Enthusiastic, Pro-active, Self-learner
