Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience: 4 to 8 Years to manage and execute civil works for an industrial chemical project.
Location: Roha, Maharashtra

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Engineer to manage and execute civil works for an industrial chemical project at our Roha site. The role involves site execution, coordination with contractors, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and timely completion of civil activities as per approved drawings and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and execute all civil construction activities including foundations, RCC structures, paving, drains, roads, buildings, and industrial structures.
Interpret and implement approved drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and method statements.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors for smooth site execution.
Ensure work is carried out as per project schedule, quality standards, and safety norms.
Monitor daily site activities, manpower deployment, machinery usage, and material consumption.
Conduct site inspections, measurements, and certify contractor bills.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety regulations, and company HSE policies.
Identify and resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with the project team.
Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and as-built documentation.
Support commissioning readiness by ensuring civil works are completed and handed over as per plan.

Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of industrial civil construction, preferably in chemical / process plants.
Good understanding of RCC, structural foundations, industrial flooring, and heavy equipment foundations.
Familiarity with IS codes, construction standards, and quality control procedures.
Ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings.
Basic knowledge of safety practices in industrial construction environments.
Proficiency in MS Office; working knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience:
Experience in chemical plants, pharmaceutical, refinery, or heavy industrial projects.
Exposure to working in brownfield/greenfield industrial projects.
Experience coordinating with multiple agencies in a fast-track project environment.
